About the Role

We are seeking a commercially driven and strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support key business units and drive the organization’s people agenda in alignment with overall business strategy.

This role requires a hands -on HR professional who can operate at both strategic and operational levels — partnering closely with leadership to enhance workforce performance, strengthen employee experience, and ensure compliance with labour regulations in Ghana.

The HRBP will play a critical role in enabling business growth through effective talent management, performance culture, and sound HR governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives

  • Support workforce planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives

  • Lead and coordinate recruitment activities including approvals, selection input, and offer structuring

  • Drive performance management processes (goal setting, reviews, feedback cycles)

  • Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and employee development initiatives

  • Provide guidance on compensation structures and employment terms

  • Manage employee relations matters and advise managers on workplace issues

  • Ensure compliance with Ghana Labour Law and HR best practices

  • Support payroll, benefits administration, and HR data accuracy

  • Drive employee engagement and culture -building initiatives


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • 5–7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner role

  • Experience supporting multiple business functions in a structured organization

  • Strong knowledge of Ghana Labour Law, union negotiations, and HR best practices

  • Experience in performance management, talent development, and compensation structuring

  • Exposure to HR systems and data reporting

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and coaching capabilities
