Robert Half Managment Resouces is seeking a HR/Employee Relations Manager to oversee the employee lifecycle process at Protiviti locations in Tempe, AZ, and remote Michigan sites for 700+ contractors. They will ensure operational excellence, handle HR inquiries within Workday, and collaborate with various teams on employee matters.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to inquiries professionally and accurately.

• Interpreting and applying HR policies consistently.

• Managing calls related to employee relations issues.

• Facilitating leave processes and accommodation discussions.

• Performing HR operations tasks in Workday.

• Assisting with performance management.

• Documenting employee matters and ensuring compliance.

• Staying informed of relevant regulations.

• Utilizing professional concepts to solve problems.

• Maintaining confidentiality and documentation accuracy.

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

• 5+ years of progressive experience in HR management roles, with specific experience in union environments and high-turnover settings.

• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations, with demonstrated experience in labor relations and collective bargaining.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and resolve conflicts effectively.

• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence in HR service delivery.
