The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:\n\n$58,300.00 - $87,500.00\n\nPurpose Statement: To support and partner with team members and company management in facilitation of activities and programs to provide a high-performance, continuous improvement, engaging culture and to provide day-to-day operational administration and support for the Human Resources (HR) function.\n\nKey Job Accountabilities:\n\n * Assist in the implementation and administration of HR programs in areas such as recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, records management, safety and health, employee relations, and compliance.\n * Support facilitation of group meetings for training, onboarding, exit interviews, and explanation of compensation/benefit programs.\n * Assist in identifying and solving performance issues by reviewing policies, evaluating solutions, and recommending coaching and counseling to managers and employees.\n * Support employees by addressing HR-related concerns, maintaining good relationships and credibility with employees.\n * Assist in ensuring timely and accurate submission of HR-related information such as new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.\n\n\n\nEducation/Experience Qualifications:\n\n * Requires a Bachelor\u0027s degree. Typically requires 0-2 years of related experience.\n\n\n\nOther Qualifications:\n\n * Performs work under direct supervision.\n * Handles basic issues and problems, and refers mor complex issues to higher-level staff.\n * Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter.\n * Incumbents at this level may require additional training and experience to gain full proficiency in some or all of the job responsibilities\n * Oral and written communication skills\n * Ability to build collaborative relationships\n * Decision-making skills\n * Interpersonal skills\n * Ability to multi-task and prioritize\n * Ability to work both independently and in group or matrix managed settings\n * PHR certification a plus\n\n\n\nPhysical Requirements:\n\n * Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment.
