Hartung Glass Industries is seeking an experienced HR professional with a strong background in manufacturing to lead HR operations at our Salt Lake City facility. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who thrives on building strong teams, reducing turnover, and creating a workplace people want to stay in.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead HR for our site, partnering with managers and employees
• Recruit and retain top manufacturing talent
• Manage onboarding, benefits, and employee relations
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that focus on fostering engagement and reducing turnover
• Administer employee benefit programs and maintain accurate records
• Use HR data to drive smarter decisions

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of HR experience in manufacturing/industrial settings
• Proven success in reducing turnover and improving engagement
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Commitment to long-term organizational success
• Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
