About The Role
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Operations
Manage and administer all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, leave management, and employee records.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and internal HR policies.
Support payroll coordination and statutory reporting in collaboration with vendor partners.
Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., BPJS, payroll providers, recruitment agencies) as needed.
Talent Acquisition & Support
Assist in recruitment processes including posting job ads, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Maintain talent pipeline and recruitment trackers.
Employee Engagement & Office Culture
Support internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.
Organize team-building activities and support a positive office culture aligned with company values.
Administrative & Project Support
Assist the Partners in preparing client proposals.
Support ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
Competences & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of relevant HR generalist experience, ideally in a fast-paced or consulting environment.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices.
Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with stakeholders across all levels.
