About The Role

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Operations

• Manage and administer all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, leave management, and employee records.


• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and internal HR policies.


• Support payroll coordination and statutory reporting in collaboration with vendor partners.


• Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.


• Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., BPJS, payroll providers, recruitment agencies) as needed.

Talent Acquisition & Support

• Assist in recruitment processes including posting job ads, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.


• Maintain talent pipeline and recruitment trackers.

Employee Engagement & Office Culture

• Support internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.


• Organize team-building activities and support a positive office culture aligned with company values.

Administrative & Project Support

• Assist the Partners in preparing client proposals.


• Support ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

Competences & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.


• 2–4 years of relevant HR generalist experience, ideally in a fast-paced or consulting environment.


• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices.


• Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint).


• Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask effectively.


• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with stakeholders across all levels.
