Job Description:
We are seeking a temporary I-9 Compliance Specialist to assist the HR team. This role is
responsible for verifying the employment eligibility of all US employees following federal and state guidelines.

Responsibilities :
• Perform the E-Verify process on employees consistent with federal requirements.
• Log I-9 audit and E-verification results into internal applications to track compliance and identify
exceptions.
• Prepare I-9 exception reporting and notify HR management of noncompliant I-9s.
• Monitor E-Verify exceptions to final resolution.
• Assist HR management with inquiries regarding validity of I-9 supporting documentation and procedural
questions.
• Provide I-9 and E-Verify documentation to internal departments and upload into HRIS system.
• Provide support to auditing I-9 forms and supporting documentation through a combination of paper
documentation and online applications for completeness and accuracy following federal requirements.
• Participate in and support various projects, as requested.

Education & Experience
• High School diploma or the equivalent.
• 1+ years of administrative experience required.
• 1 year of Human Resources experience preferred.
• Familiarity with I-9 and E-Verify requirements and high volume, transaction and time-sensitive
processing a plus.
• Basic proficiency of Microsoft Office suite applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Previous experience with HRIS systems (preferably Workday) preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with team to produce deliverables.
• Ability to meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.
• Ability to demonstrate customer service skills.
• Ability to understand and operate in an environment with regulatory/compliance requirements
