Human Resource Manager

For one of our clients we're looking for a Human Resource Manager. As Human Resource Manager you will oversee and manage all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives through effective HR management.

The HR Manager is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives, while overseeing employee relations and addressing workplace issues in a fair and consistent manner. The role supports both current and future business needs through effective talent management, engagement, and retention initiatives. Additionally, the HR Manager maintains and enhances performance management systems, ensures compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations, and develops and monitors HR policies and procedures. The position also includes managing compensation and benefits programs, identifying training needs, coordinating learning and development activities, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
