Take Time Off
Once you’re hired, you’ll receive 44 hours of paid time off. After your six-month anniversary, you’ll earn an additional 60 hours of PTO. Our PTO schedule is based on years of service, meaning as you stay with the company, you’ll be allotted more PTO each year. We want you to be able to get out and do fun stuff!

Benefits
Walker Tape® covers 90% of the premiums for your medical, vision, and dental insurance.

Bonus Opportunities

Compensation
The pay range for this position is $90,000 – $110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Summary
Our Human Resource Manager provides both leadership and hands-on support for the entire employee life cycle. As part of our company management team, they actively participate in strategic planning and goal setting to ensure we maintain our company culture as we achieve business success.
Our ideal candidate enjoys small to mid-sized companies and the responsibility of being a solo HR support team. We have one physical site with fewer than 100 employees. They have a business partnering mindset, quickly learning and collaborating to solve challenges and achieve goals. They pivot easily between working within team and individual environments, always demonstrating an accountable, proactive, solutions-driven attitude.
