Job Summary


The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all human resource functions within the corporate office. The role involves developing and implementing effective HR policies, managing recruitment and employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, supporting employee development, and maintaining a positive and productive workplace culture. The HR Manager will work closely with senior management and department heads to align HR strategies with the organization’s overall business objectives.



Key Roles and Responsibilities



  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, procedures, and strategies in line with organizational goals.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including manpower planning, job postings, candidate screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.

  • Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, confirmation, transfers, promotions, resignations, and exit formalities.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.

  • Manage employee attendance, leave records, performance evaluations, and disciplinary processes.

  • Coordinate with department heads to identify workforce requirements and support effective manpower planning.

  • Handle employee grievances, workplace concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary matters professionally and confidentially.

  • Promote employee engagement, teamwork, motivation, and a positive corporate work culture.

  • Develop and coordinate employee training, learning, and professional development programs.

  • Coordinate payroll-related information, employee benefits, compensation, and other HR administrative activities.

  • Prepare and submit HR reports, employee data, workforce updates, and management reports as required.

  • Advise senior management on HR-related matters, workforce trends, employee issues, and organizational development.

  • Lead, guide, and supervise the HR team to ensure efficient and timely delivery of HR services.

  • Support organizational restructuring, policy improvements, change-management initiatives, and other strategic HR projects.

  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure the ethical handling of sensitive employee and organizational information.


Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.

  • A Master’s degree or professional HR certification will be an added advantage.

  • Minimum 5–7 years of relevant HR experience, including experience in a managerial or supervisory role.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and HR operations.

  • Good understanding of applicable labor laws and employment regulations.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
