Job Description - Human Resource Manager at a growing Automotive Dealership



Grants Pass Automotive (Chevrolet, Honda and Nissan): Human Resources Manager

At Grants Pass Automotive, we don’t just sell cars or service vehicles, we are invested in our people and community. We are looking for a high-energy, people-focused HR Manager to join our leadership team and help us maintain the best crew in the business.

In the fast-paced world of automotive retail, our people are our biggest asset. You’ll be the one ensuring that our people are being taken care of! We are looking for some high character and high potential. Someone that want to continue to grow in the automotive industry. 

What You’ll Do:


  • Payroll: You will be doing a bi-weekly payroll for the entire store. 

  • Compliance & Benefits: Keep us compliant with labor laws and manage our competitive benefits packages.

  • Employee Relations: Be the trusted go-to for all staff inquiries and conflict resolution.


What You Bring:


  • 2+ years of HR Management experience (bonus points if it’s in Automotive or Retail).

  • A "get it done" attitude—you thrive in a busy, hands-on environment.

  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and payroll systems.

  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and open attitude.
