Responsibilities

Manage benefit administration & roll out of open enrollment
Oversee the talent acquisition process including recruitment, career development, performance management, on-boarding/off-boarding
Create and implement different levels training while establishing goal-setting, performance metrics, and professional development
Partner with hiring managers on conflict resolution, career development, performance improvement
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required
SHRM or PHR certification highly desired
5+ years' experience in Human Resources
Healthcare experience required
Hospital experience preferred

Pay: $100,000-120,000 annually
