Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments while working independently on daily administrative duties.
- Assist in administrative duties for CEO including but not limited to expense reports, travel arrangements and scheduling
- Coordinate building maintenance (inspections, follow-ups, etc)
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases.
- Sort and deliver daily mail
- Handle office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Monitor and stock kitchen supplies
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing.
- Support preparation and execution of internal and occasional off-site company meetings and events, including facility set up, ordering/placement of food and refreshments, tear-down and removal of event materials/food
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
