Job Description - Human Resources Administrator





Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrator to provide essential administrative support to our Human Resources department. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of HR processes and maintaining accurate employee records. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong administrative skills looking to build a career in HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.  
  • Prepare various HR-related documents, including employment contracts, letters, and policy communications.  
  • Assist in the preparation of materials and logistics for onboarding and training programs.  
  • Manage the administrative aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes.  
  • Process HR paperwork efficiently and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.  
  • Support payroll preparation by providing necessary data such as absences, bonuses, and leaves.  
  • Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR processes and direct more complex questions appropriately. 

Requirements

  • Experience in a HR or administrative role, preferably at least one year.
  • Experience in Paylocity is a must.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills with a strong ability to prioritize tasks.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
