What You'll Do
The Human Resources Administrator, supports day-to-day HR operations and special events, helping ensure a smooth and positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. In this role, you will:
Maintain and update HR systems, including HRIS, Applicant Tracking System (ATS), safety training portal, digital displays, and internal employee resource platforms
Ensure accuracy and compliance of employee records and system documentation, including proper backup and audit readiness
Compile reports and support HR projects and initiatives
Support full-cycle recruitment activities, including job postings, ATS management, interview scheduling, and introductory interviews
Manage pre-employment screening processes, ensuring timely completion of background checks and other requirements
Facilitate onboarding activities, including new hire orientation, benefit enrollment processing, system setup, and required reporting such as E-Verify
Assist in the planning and execution of HR programs, including: performance reviews, open enrollment, and wellness initiatives
Coordinate and promote employee engagement events through the creation of event announcements, planning support, and event execution
Manage the HR inbox and respond to employee inquiries, forwarding / escalating where appropriate
Build positive relationships with employees while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
Support vendor relationships related to recruitment, benefits, and wellness programs
Assist with additional HR-related projects and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
2–3 years of experience in an HR Assistant or HR Administrator role, including recruitment support
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with HRIS systems and reporting strongly preferred
Familiarity with office processes, procedures, and administrative support functions
