JOB SUMMARY:
The Human Resources Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the Corporate HR team. This role is responsible for maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding and offboarding activities, managing HR transactions within Oracle HCM, responding to employee inquiries, and ensuring data accuracy and compliance across HR processes.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
• Process employee lifecycle transactions, including hires, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, and terminations.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including I-9 compliance and new hire documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee data and organizational records within Oracle HCM.
• Monitor and respond to HR Help Desk tickets and general HR inquiries.
• Assist employees and managers with HR processes, policies, and system navigation.
• Support leave administration, accommodations, and compliance-related documentation.
• Conduct routine audits of employee records and HR data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare reports, maintain HR documentation, and assist with special projects and acquisitions.
• Assist in Acquisition due diligence
• Partner with Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and subsidiary HR teams to support workforce operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
The qualifications listed below are representative of the elements required to perform the job successfully, however in some cases, an equivalent combination of Education, Training, Certifications and Experience may meet the job qualifications.
Education, Training, Certifications:
• High school Diploma, or equivalent, required.
• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Experience, Knowledge, Skill Requirements:
• 1-3 years of HR, administrative, or office support experience strongly preferred.
Communication Skills:
• Must have the ability to effectively read, write and communicate in English with employees and customers.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
Systems and Software Skills:
• Ability to operate a computer and advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) experience required.
• Experience with HRIS/HCM systems preferred.
Other Qualifications:
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required.
• Must be able to comply with SFPH’s Drug and Alcohol policy and Background screening requirements, which may also include customer specific requirements based on contractual agreement
• Occasional travel required, up to 20%

Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit for long periods. Employee will occasionally be required to bend, kneel, balance, lift <20lb, walk, stand, ascend/descend stairs, drive, twist, and reach above and below shoulders.
Work Environment:
Employee will consistently be required to work indoors in an office setting, work alone and with others. Office setting are mild to moderate temperatures.
