Cortina Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Analyst to support a government customer in Albuquerque, NM.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Job Duties:
Managing Human Resources (HR) information systems (HRIS)
Maintain and update the organization’s military performance reports in accordance with US Space Force and US Air Force instructions and policy
Provide status briefings to shareholders regarding various HR issues, including personnel promotions, performance, and other HR matters
Manage and oversee military promotion programs
Assist in the submission and processing of military and civilian awards and decorations
Develop and implement compensation strategies to attract, retain and motivate employees
Assist in the recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding to ensure alignment with workforce needs and accomplishing the organization’s mission
Provide guidance and consultations to employees regarding benefits.
Assist management in using established HRSI to establish, maintain, and monitor effective performance management programs
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business, or related field
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources; additional experience may be used in lieu of degree
Proficiency is HRIS systems
Strong ability to analyze metrics, identify trends and provide insights
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance
Active Top Secret Security clearance
