Human Resources Analyst

Cortina Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Analyst to support a government customer in Albuquerque, NM.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Job Duties:

• Managing Human Resources (HR) information systems (HRIS)


• Maintain and update the organization’s military performance reports in accordance with US Space Force and US Air Force instructions and policy


• Provide status briefings to shareholders regarding various HR issues, including personnel promotions, performance, and other HR matters


• Manage and oversee military promotion programs


• Assist in the submission and processing of military and civilian awards and decorations


• Develop and implement compensation strategies to attract, retain and motivate employees


• Assist in the recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding to ensure alignment with workforce needs and accomplishing the organization’s mission


• Provide guidance and consultations to employees regarding benefits.


• Assist management in using established HRSI to establish, maintain, and monitor effective performance management programs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business, or related field


• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources; additional experience may be used in lieu of degree


• Proficiency is HRIS systems


• Strong ability to analyze metrics, identify trends and provide insights


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance


• Active Top Secret Security clearance
