Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
2+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience
Certifications for Human Resource Professionals (PHR, SPHR) is preferred
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Professional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong motivation to achieve the department’s goals.
Strive for continuous improvement
Responsibilities:
Recruitment – creating and maintaining job requisitions, reviewing, and screening job applicants, working closely with hiring managers in scheduling interviews, and selecting qualified candidates.
Responsible for onboarding of new employees.
Processing new employee performance check-ins with managers.
Responsible for working with managers on employee separations including conducting exit interviews.
Coordinate the administration of all Leave of Absence programs and processes.
Conduct health and welfare benefits open enrollment meetings and employee meetings to update or roll out other benefits-related programs as needed.
Maintaining all department tracking logs as well as HR procedures and desk manuals.
Assisting HR Manager with yearly performance evaluations.
Must have clear and professional communication skills to maintain working relationships with all employees.
