About the job:

Objective: Work as part of the Corporate Human Resources Department engaging with employees on a wide range of items.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

Manage employee documents on new hire and through their employment cycle. Clearances certifications, act 168 Requests.
Work with ADP or other HRIS to handle reporting and employee status changes.
Help with leave processing and communications.
Work with providing support for training and recruiting. Including working with a Learning Management System.
Review, enforce and work with team on policy development.
Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources
Excellent written, oral and presentation communication skills.
Detailed experience in ADP or other Human Resource Info Systems
Leadership skills, with ability to work with people across departments and with others outside the organization.
Experience with any Learning Management System (LMS).
Knowledge of HR Policies and Procedures
Good organizational skills, analytical, self-starter with ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
