Job Description - Human Resources Assistant and Front Desk Administrator

About the role: As a Human Resources Assistant / Front Office Administrator with eternalHealth, you will have the opportunity to help build out the team of a start-up health plan. Working across various workstreams, you will welcome new hires and be a support to current employees throughout their career with eternalHealth. As a human resource representative, you will be responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and working closely with the HR Manager in supporting the organization.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for filing employee records and for maintaining up-to-date employee files.
Administration of recruiting process, including:
Job board posting
Download, track, maintain report, and distribute resumes/applications posted.
Coordinate the scheduling, tracking, and reporting of interviews
Assist with offer letter development and submission
Assist with obtaining employee references.
Maintain/Report on Job Recruiting progress grid
Oversee New Hire Process including background check administration, checklist completion and coordination of company-wide orientation.
Daily administration of the work from home calendar requests and tracking. Daily administration of the PTO requests and tracking. Daily Email to staff with WFH/PTO.
Responsible for front office administration, greeting guests, receiving, and distributing mail, ordering office supplies and catering as needed etc..
Assist with special projects as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Maintain strict privacy and confidentiality in accordance with eternalHealth's security standards.
Requirements :
Bachelor degree preferred
One+ year of HR experience strongly preferred
Excellent written and communication skills, strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills, results-oriented and problem-solving skills
Flexible and able to ramp-up quickly on different projects to support the team as needed in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Ability to perform job functions while maintaining compliance with all State and Federal regulations.
