Position Duties and Responsibilities
Recruitment support duties will include:
• Coordinate calendars of interview panels and schedule interviews and video conferences (including reserving conference rooms at judicial council locations)
• Develop and send interview confirmation emails, and facilitate pre-interview exercises
• Draft/Review/Edit job announcements and post to external sites
• Process and distribute offer and regret letters, and draft Welcome Letters for new hires
• Set up job openings in applicant tracking system
• Conduct reference checks on top candidates and document responses
• Other recruitment administrative tasks as needed.
Required Skills, Licenses, Certifications and Education (Include Preferred Skills in parentheses):
Excellent listening skills and writing skills are required. Intermediate to advanced level skills with MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience taking screen shots and saving as PDF files. Ability to exercise significant independence performing tasks; experience supporting a mid to large size office; professional; excellent writing and verbal skills using proper grammer; ability to multi-task and must be extremely organized. Ideal candidate will be a college graduate and have prior HR experience conducting reference checks or editing experience.
