Position Summary
The HR Associate supports key functions within human resources by providing technical assistance across various administrative processes. This role ensures compliance with established policies and government regulations while maintaining accurate employee records. Responsibilities include resolving system-related issues such as onboarding errors, benefit discrepancies, and data updates, as well as conducting regular audits to ensure data integrity. The HR Associate collaborates with internal teams, candidates, and vendors, requiring strong communication skills and a high level of confidentiality. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, analytical abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and responsibilities
Minimum qualifications:
Associate’s degree or two-year college equivalent (60 undergraduate semester hours) and at least two years of prior related work experience.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with HRIS and data management, preferably Workday
Strong organizational skills and time management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with compliance requirements and HR reporting processes.
