St. Leonard has an exciting new opportunity for a Full-Time
Human Resources Associate .
Our beautiful 240-acre campus is one of the largest Continuing Care Retirement Communities in the United States. St. Leonard features independent living, assisted living, dementia care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation services, and adult day care as well as a community wellness center that encompasses a fitness center, and restaurant.
The Human Resources Associate administers and tracks benefits and employee relations programs, tracks employee injuries, responds to workers compensation and unemployment claims, completes onboarding process for all new hires, and maintains employment postings as required by Federal and State regulations
Essential Job Specific Duties/Responsibilities:
Administers assigned benefits/employee relation programs in collaboration with the Director of Human Resources.
Completes workers compensation requirements in accordance with Federal, State, and facility regulations.
Responds to unemployment claims in accordance with federal and state regulations.
Completes onboarding process for all new hires.
Maintains employee postings and department documentation.
