Position Overview: The Human Resources Benefits Administrator will oversee various aspects of HR operations and manage the employee benefits program. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, improving processes, and fostering organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
Oversee benefits administration, including enrollments, terminations, and compliance Manage compliance initiatives and activities Maintain HRIS for accurate employee data Generate reports and analytics to support initiatives Stay updated on HR trends and regulatory changes Assist with employee events and orientations Contribute to health and wellness program management Evaluate and recommend improvements to benefit programs Assist with onboarding and policy education Improve internal HR processes Ensure compliance with employment laws

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field Several years of HR experience HR certification preferred Experience with benefits administration and HRIS Strong communication and analytical skills
