Zwicker is presently seeking a Human Resources Benefits and Compensation Specialist to join our team. We are seeking a candidate with an eagerness to learn, as well as exemplary organizational and written and verbal communication skills. The employee benefits and compensation specialist position assist employees with benefits enrollment and questions, completes and verifies all insurance billing, maintains employee database and files, ensures compliance with required benefit notices and builds, researches and administers compensation programs.
The base salary range for this position is $75,000-$85,000 per year.
