Our engineers in the Face Technology Division develop face tracking, analysis, and recognition solutions, as well as beauty AR makeup technology, while our Automotive Division excels in developing algorithms to help make autonomous driving safer.
As our business grows, we are committed to nurturing the growth of our team members. We'd like to strengthen our HR team and welcome two dynamic and experienced HR Business Partners to support our two divisions. In this role, you'll forge strong relationships with our people managers, understand the unique needs of their teams, and implement HR practices that propel our organization forward. You'll be a key player in shaping our people strategy and cultivating an inspiring company culture.
You are the perfect candidate for this role, if you are:
A seasoned HR professional: You excel at facilitating company-wide HR processes within your division, including the Annual Performance and compensation cycle, periodic surveys, and education plans. You assess and refine these programs based on business needs and employee feedback.
A trusted advisor and coach: You guide, coach, develop, and support leaders and people managers on all people-related topics. You enhance the employee experience and provide hands-on guidance to build high-performing teams.
A great communicator: You possess exceptional communication and influencing skills, capable of building genuine relationships with stakeholders across the organization. You enjoy promoting HR practices and tools.
A change management agent: You are experienced in navigating ambiguity and driving positive outcomes.
A highly organized professional: You manage multiple priorities effectively and demonstrate exceptional project management skills.
A forward-thinking HR enthusiast: You have a genuine interest in understanding our business needs and the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks.
A data-driven decision maker: You leverage HR analytics and business metrics to provide data-driven insights for HR-related decision-making. You manage budget planning and execution as well.
A natural collaborator: You easily collaborate with many stakeholders across the business, including our Office Administration Team, to deliver a seamless employee experience.
This role requires:
A bachelor's degree, while master's degree preferred;
A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including a strong foundation in HR generalist functions, ideally in a tech environment and an international setup;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Croatian;
An empathetic approach and experience in coaching, relationship-building, and change management;
Proficiency in O365 and Google Workspace.
