Position Summary:
The HR Business Partner is responsible for a wide range of functions to align business objectives and HR strategy with employees and management in their designated business units. This role acts as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues and serves as an employee champion and change agent. The HR Business Partner supports multiple sites, including the Rosenberg and Cypress locations, while partnering closely with operational leadership to drive engagement, communication, and organizational effectiveness. This position also leads and facilitates branch-level initiatives to support alignment, communication, and employee engagement initiatives.
