As the HR Business Partner for the site, you will play a pivotal role in aligning human resources strategies with our manufacturing objectives, fostering a culture of excellence, and empowering our workforce to reach their full potential.

Ability to build credibility with all levels of the organization
Detail oriented
Critical skills include: motivation, initiative, thoroughness, decision making and planning skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Experience with LEAN processes and tools
Experience with SAP, Success Factors systems and Microsoft Office applications
Demonstrated success in a fast paced organization experiencing transformation
Minimum of 3-5 years experience supporting a manufacturing plant required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Management, Business or related field
PHR Preferred
This position is required to be on-site 5 days per week.
