Job Description - Human Resources Business Partner
The HR Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor and strategic and tactical partner to the organization, collaborating closely with middle and senior management to implement HR strategies that enhance organizational and people effectiveness. Success in this role will require aligning business priorities with HR initiatives to support the company's growth trajectory. Responsibilities include assessing HR needs across performance management, employment and labor relations, leadership development, and enhancing the employee experience. The ideal candidate must possess a comprehensive understanding of HR best practices, knowledge of employment law and regulations, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a capacity to manage diverse HR projects with professionalism and efficiency.
Primary focuses for this role will be, but not limited to
Employee Relations and Engagement, Learning and Development, HR Policies, Procedures, and Compliance, Operational Support
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Additional years of experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis for up to two years.
Five or more years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager or HR Generalist required.
Comprehensive understanding of HR best practices, employment law and regulations
