Job Description - Human Resources Business Partner

Are you a strategic thinker with a knack for collaboration? We are seeking a dynamic Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. The HRBP will be instrumental in driving HR initiatives and partnering with business leaders to boost organizational performance. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing HR strategies that support our rapid growth and maintain our culture of excellence and inclusivity. You will report to the Director of Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Change Management:

Advise and create change management plans in partnership with the business to ensure smooth transitions and effective communication during organizational changes.
Organizational Design and Workforce Planning:

Partner with business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and skills assessment and development. Maintain disciplines for organizational structures to support labor management effectively.
Talent Reviews and Succession Planning:

Facilitate departmental Talent Reviews and ensure there is an effective Succession Plan strategy in place for all key positions.
Employee Relations:

Provide coaching and counseling for corporate Business Partners and Team Members to resolve internal employee relations issues, fairly representing all interests. Play an active role with business partners in managing Team Member performance.
Training and Development:

Conduct HR training that includes both soft skills development and operations skills training.
Performance Management:

Facilitate department calibrations discussions focusing on reviews, individual development planning, and compensation.
Employee Engagement:

Assess, create, and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives within the client group.
HR Strategy and Policy Development:

Contribute and participate in the development, ongoing improvement, and implementation of Human Resources strategies, policies, procedures, and processes.
Talent Acquisition:

Assist with driving talent acquisition efforts for assigned business groups working with Talent Acquisition team.
Stay and Exit Interviews:

Conduct stay and exit interviews, identify insights, and share recommendations with leaders in assigned departments for improvement.
Retention and Engagement:

Identify retention risks and develop recommendations for retention and engagement strategies. Coach and mentor members of management relating to retention and reward strategies.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a business partner role.
Experience working with different functions of a corporate business such as but not limited to Marketing, Finance/Accounting, Legal, Technology, Supply Chain, Product, Real Estate, Retail Operations and Development, Merchandising/Retail Marketing
Strong knowledge of HR practices, including organizational design, performance management, employee relations, and talent acquisition.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
