Description
The Human Resource Assistant is responsible for the administrative support of day-to-day human resource operations.
Essential Functions
Answers phones for the HR department.
Performs HRIS data entry and personnel file maintenance.
Filing, organizing and maintains confidential personnel files and personnel actions.
Audit and Compliance assistance (I9, TB, credentialing, etc.)
Assists with new-employee onboarding and orientations.
Prepares job postings.
Responds to reference checks and verifications of employment status.
Assists the Director and Coordinators with HR projects.
Supply ordering for the HR department
Mail (preparing items to be mailed and receiving mail)
DOJ (review reports, log and obtain approval signature)
Paycom (running reports, resetting passwords, troubleshooting etc.)
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AA/AS
2. 1+ years Human Resources Experience
3. Advanced MS Office knowledge including Excel, Adobe Prof, Word and Power Point
4. Customer Service Skills
