Job Description We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to provide support and assistance to our employees. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining personnel records, processing employee benefits, and assisting with employee relations issues. You will coordinate with management on initiatives related to employee development and career advancement. Additionally, you will manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews. Other responsibilities include: Providing guidance to our employees on HR policies and procedures Assisting with the performance review process Preparing HR reports and maintaining accurate HR data Coordinating employee training programs and initiatives Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field 2+ years of experience in a Human Resources role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office
