Resources Coordinator Responsibilities:
Serve as the backbone of our client's HR department, delivering impeccable administrative support to employees
Collaborate closely with the HR Manager to screen and schedule top-tier talent
Assist with administrative support when it comes to onboarding, benefits and payroll
Take charge in assisting candidates through post-offer procedures, including guiding them through background checks
Manage the calendar, scheduling meetings, interviews and HR events

Human

Resources Coordinator Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Demonstrated experience in managing complex or high-volume scheduling
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels and establish quality relationships
Capacity to efficiently handle and prioritize numerous requests in a fast-paced setting
