Responsibilities of the Human Resources Coordinator
· The Human Resources Coordinator will create job postings and screen potential candidates
· Assist with the employee onboarding process
· The Human Resources Coordinator will assist with the interview process if needed
· Coordinate employee trainings and foster relationships with new employees
· The Human Resources Coordinator will plan community events
Preferred Qualifications of the Human Resources Coordinator
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
· Prior recruiting experience
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
