Job Title: Human Resources Specialist
Location: Scottsdale, AZ 85254
Pay: 20.43/hour
Schedule: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
Summary: We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in various HR functions including onboarding, performance management, leave management, recruitment support, and employee relations.
Responsibilities:
- Complete new employee onboarding.
- Maintain personnel records.
- Support managers in handling employee issues.
- Complete new hire/payroll paperwork.
- Attend and participate in employee coaching/counseling meetings, document actionable items and disciplinary actions.
- Manage employee leave requests, such as FMLA or Military leave.
- Answer employee questions.
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including placing employment ads and coordinating with temp agencies.
Requirements:
- Past HR experience.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong computer literacy.
