Make an Impact as Our Human Resources Director

We’re seeking an experienced, people-focused Human Resources Director to lead HR strategy, advise community leadership, and foster an inclusive, engaging workplace where associates can do their best work.

You’ll oversee key areas including:

• Recruitment, on-boarding, associate relations, and engagement


• Diversity and inclusion


• Payroll, benefits, and workers’ compensation


• State and federal compliance


• Training, development, and workplace safety

What you will need to qualify for this position:

• 
  

  A degree in Human Resources or related field

  
  


• 
  

  2-4 years’ experience in HR management (Preferably in Senior Housing, Senior Care or Hospitality)

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of Ceridian Payroll is a plus

  
  


•

  Full knowledge of state and federal HR Laws

  Excellent leadership skills

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and web-based systems, with a proven ability to quickly learn new software and digital tools
