Our well-established healthcare client seeks an experienced Human Resources Director to handle talent acquisition, training and development, compensation management, and employee relations for their organization. This is an excellent opportunity for those with a passion for working in the healthcare industry.
Human Resources Director (HR) Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership in all areas of Human Resources within assigned facilities.
Lead and manage the HR team, including training and performance management.
Align HR strategy and vision with direction from HRBP.
Develop and implement effective recruitment, retention, and succession planning programs.
Serve as a liaison with leadership, communicating HR initiatives and recommendations.
Human Resources Director (HR) Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; PHR/SPHR certification a plus.
5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multi-site healthcare environment.
Strong knowledge of federal and state employment law and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
