LHH is seeking a dynamic, positive, and experienced individual to join the HR team as the Director of Human Resources for a non profit organization in Northern, Virginia. As a key member of their HR department, the candidate will oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, talent management, compliance, performance and change management, compensation, benefits, engagement, and staff development programs. This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources.
 
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master's degree and or Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR preferred

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience.

• Strong business acumen and understanding of how HR strategies can drive business results.
• Solid understanding of employment laws.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now
• High proficiency in Microsoft office Suite

 
Employment Type:

• Full Time
• Hybrid (2 Days in Office)
• Some travel to satellite offices

 
Compensation:
 $130,000-$145,000
 

Pay Details: $130,000.00 to $145,000.00 per year
