- Position: Human Resources Generalist

- Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually

- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

- Location: Chino, California/ 100% Onsite

HR Generalist Responsibilities:

-Assist the CFO with HR functions within a commercial real estate property management environment.

- Manage recruitment processes to identify future staffing needs.

- Collaborate with the management team to conduct exit interviews and coordinate corrective actions.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files.

- Oversee employee retention, onboarding, and orientation programs.

- Handle open enrollment and implement changes to the employee benefits program, including training.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Create and distribute internal communications regarding benefits and policies.

- Stay informed about updates in federal and state employment law and compliance requirements.

- Assist with payroll processing and respond to HR-related inquiries.

- Address employee relations issues, including processing complaints and assisting with investigations and disciplinary actions.

**Qualifications: **

- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.

- 1-2 years of HR experience.

- Experience with payroll systems.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

- PHR or SHRM certification preferred.

- Awareness of OSHA regulations.
