JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary: The Human Resources Generalist, under the direction of the Human Resources Manager, is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll, and other general HR duties as assigned at the Mocksville facility.
This role is an on-site position featuring a 4-day work week, with 10-hour shifts scheduled to cover the 2nd/3rd shifts from Monday to Thursday.

Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment, with periodic time spent on a refrigerated manufacturing production floor. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers and smartphones.
Physical Demands: The physical demands of the job, including bending, sitting, lifting, driving, seeing, and hearing.
Travel: Occasional travel to another facility may be required
