Job Description
Coordinate recruitment and staffing
Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding, including training, benefits enrollment, and preparation and filing of proper documentation
Collaborate with personnel across the company and third-party vendors to support various HR initiatives and to ensure all relevant laws are posted and followed
Exercise discretion and confidentiality in all facets of the job
Qualifications:
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred
2+ years’ experience in HR administration or a legal compliance role
Or an equivalent combination of education training and experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong independent work ethic and ability to multitask
Effective oral and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills
