Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

As the HR Onboarding Specialist, you will oversee all HR activities related to new employee onboarding, serving as the main point of contact for candidate communication, supporting recruitment efforts, identifying process improvements, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees, including scheduling interviews, ensuring accuracy, and timeliness.
• Act as the primary liaison for candidate communication regarding interview-related matters, providing support to recruiters and addressing any inquiries or issues.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements, escalate concerns to management, and actively contribute to team initiatives aimed at driving continuous improvement and lean projects.

• Ideally, 2+ years of experience in a relevant human resources function or a similar customer support-based role.
