Zing Recruiting, in partnership with an established flavor and fragrance manufacturer in the East Hanover, NJ area is on the search for a HR Coordinator to join their team! This is an immediate opening for candidates eager to expand their skillset within HR support, recruiting, and onboarding! 

HR Coordinator Job Summary:

- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinate performance management activities and employee evaluations
- Oversee benefits administration and assist employees with inquiries
- Support recruitment efforts by conducting interviews and collaborating with hiring managers
- Utilize HR systems for data entry and reporting
- Assist in various HR projects and initiatives

HR Coordinator Experience:

- Proven experience in HR functions including performance management, benefits administration, and recruiting
- Familiarity with HR systems 
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent interviewing skills to assess candidate qualifications
- Proficient in data entry for maintaining accurate employee records
