Look no further, Human Resources Managers. Robert Half is partnering with a growing client to immediately permanent a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing personnel and daily operations of the human resources department. If you thrive in a dynamic work environment that requires the ability to balance multiple responsibilities, this may be the role for you.

What you get to do every day

- Lead all HR activities, communications, reports, requests and documents created and received by the team

- Head up human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees

- Analyze reports provided by the HR team, team leaders and operations managers to determine employee performance and training needs

- Establish recruitment plans, interview schedules and evaluation standards in accordance with HR methodologies and labor laws

- Represent your team at interdepartmental meetings with other managers

- Build up the organization's human resources department by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices

- Retain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records

- Monitor and implement applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conduct investigations, maintain records, and represent the organization at hearings

- Organize exit interviews and procedures

- Institute management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures

- Explore compensation standards set by industry and governing bodies in order to create salary structures and administer employee benefits

- Assist employees such that they follow all policies and procedures- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company

- 5+ years in human resources

- Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills

- An understanding of the key principles of employment law and EEOC regulations

- PHR/SPHR or other relevant certifications are preferred

- Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution

- Extensive knowledge of HR policies, benefits administration, compensation and wage structure

- Ability to view issues objectively

- Knowledge of HR software and working knowledge of Microsoft Office

- 1+ years of supervisory experience within human resources

- Bachelor's degree in human resources or relevant experience

- Unimpeachable ethics, integrity, and standards

- Comfortable with handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
