Job Summary:

The Human Resources Coordinator will perform administrative duties related to the operations of the human resources office.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assist with the hiring and onboarding process
• Handle HR data entry into various HR platforms
• Assist with HR administrative tasks
• Processes required paperwork for new hires, employee transfers, changes in job classification, salary increases, and other related employment matters
• Ensure HR Core Process compliance
• Audit HR compliance, I-9, HR data, reports
• Assist with preparation of human resource reports such as attendance, new hire, and turnover reports
• Performs other related duties as assigned
