Human Resources Internship - Urgent Position

We're looking for a Human Resource Intern that will provide administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry.

What you will be doing as a Human Resource Intern:

• Complete employment of verification and referral request for team members
• Finalize onboarding paperwork via Paylocity
  • Ensure all policies are acknowledged by the team member
  • Complete employer I-9 and E-Verify
  • Confirm all documentation is uploaded to their online documentation folder
• Assists with screening resumes and working with hiring managers to fill their job needs
• Performs customer service functions by answering team member requests and questions
• Files documents into appropriate employee files
• Performs other related duties as assigned

• Actively pursuing a degree in human resources, business administration, or relevant field of study at an accredited university during internship
• You are able to communicate effectively
