Human Resources Leader you have the background and knowledge to provide technical expertise and tactical support, defining HR objectives and working on organizational strategies alongside the executive team. The goal of this position to grow into an executive position, supporting the organization and creating a Human Resources team. Employee benefits and compensation review

Company policies and procedures

Employee brand and culture strategies
