Role Snapshot
As we continue advancing industrialized construction, the Human Resources Manager plays a crucial role in developing strong leaders, building high-performing teams, and elevating our culture. In this highly visible role, you’ll lead a team of 4-6 HR Business Partners supporting our Northern California locations Woodland, West Sacramento, and Southern California Adelanto locations—driving significant organizational impact and people-centered innovation.
This role will be required to be on site; relocation support is available.

Compensationâ¯
The annualized base pay range for this position is $125,000 USD to $175,000. Offer will be determined basedâ¯onâ¯an individual’sâ¯qualifications, experience,â¯locationâ¯and other job-related factors. Base pay is oneâ¯componentâ¯of Clark Pacific’s Total Rewards program, which is intended to compensate and recognize team members for their contributions to our success.â¯
