HR Manager Job Overview:


The HR Manager is an integral part of the leadership team and oversees human resources operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations. Advises management on employee relations, supports performance management and compensation programs, and leads recruitment, training, and career development initiatives. Develops and implements HR policies, conducts exit interviews to reduce turnover, supports payroll processing, and drives continuous improvement through best practices and ongoing professional development.


Qualifications, Education and Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or organizational development

  • Five (5) years experience in an HR leadership role (in a manufacturing organization preferred) 

  • SHRM certifications a plus.

  • Solid working knowledge of HR processes and related manufacturing.

  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams and Outlook.

  • Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of sensitive information.

  • Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.



    Hours:



    • This is a daily, on-site first shift position, typically 8am – 4pm/5pm

    • Must be flexible to accommodate other shifts when needed
