Position Summary
Reporting to the CEO, the Human Resources Manager will work closely with leadership, providing guidance on employee engagement and employee relations matters. This role will manage the employee lifecycle from new-hire paperwork and benefit enrollment through termination, exit interviews and offboarding coordination. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for workplace policy and practices that will attract, grow, retain, and graduate Kiewit Luminarium talent.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional who thrives as an HR team of one. In this highly hands-on onsite role, you’ll wear many hats, take full ownership of the organization’s HR function, and lead the employee experience from strategy through execution.
