Human Resources Manager

In this strategic role, you'll partner with mid-level leaders and their teams to identify and address talent-related challenges that impact business performance.
Here's what you'll do:
Business Partner: Collaborate with mid-level leaders to identify business opportunities related to the talent cycle, including headcount planning, talent acquisition, performance management, development, and more.
Strategic Advisor: Influence leadership decisions concerning people matters to ensure they align with overall business goals.
HR Subject Matter Expert: Partner with HR centers of excellence to identify trends and inform strategic HR initiatives.
Problem-Solving Partner: Consult with subject matter experts to address challenges affecting business performance.
